Low Pressure Fitness/Hypopressives
Our first class offering this fall will be Low Pressure Fitness/Hypopressives. This is a 2 week class and you should leave with a good understanding of how to practice this technique by the end of the second night.

During the first class, you will be learning:
You will be expected to practice the technique at least once before the next class. During the second class, we will troubleshoot any issues then go through an entire series of poses, ensuring that close attention is paid to form and technique.

Classical Hatha Sivananda Yoga
Take a journey through the 12 basic master yoga postures, which seek to increase strength, flexibility, proper breathing, and ease in meditation. Join yoga teacher Christine Clemmens for a 6 week series of Classical Hatha Sivananda Yoga that will strengthen your body and muscles, quiet and sooth your busy mind, and lovingly reconnect you to self.
Classes run Tuesday evenings on January 23 to February 27th at 7:00pm to 8:15pm. Cost is $90 for the series or $20 for drop in.
