Low Pressure Fitness/Hypopressives


Our first class offering this fall will be Low Pressure Fitness/Hypopressives. This is a 2 week class and you should leave with a good understanding of how to practice this technique by the end of the second night.


Low Pressure Fitness/Hypopressives can help you with:

  1. Improvements in posture
  2. Decreased lower extremity and pelvic floor edema/congestion
  3. Increased metabolism
  4. Reduced waist circumference
  5. Improved postural muscle resting tone
  6. Increased stride length
  7. Improved sexual function
  8. Improvements in urinary incontinence and pelvic organ prolapses


During the first class, you will be learning:

  1. how this method was developed,
  2. the rationale for this method, and
  3. how to do the basic technique.​


You will be expected to practice the technique at least once before the next class. During the second class, we will troubleshoot any issues then go through an entire series of poses, ensuring that close attention is paid to form and technique. 


Upcoming classes are on Monday October 30 and Monday November 6, 2017 from 7:30-9:00 pm.  

Cost is $40.00, and a portion of your class fee will be donated to a local charity.

Classical Hatha Sivananda Yoga

Take a journey through the 12 basic master yoga postures, which seek to increase strength, flexibility, proper breathing, and ease in meditation. Join yoga teacher Christine Clemmens for a 5 week series of Classical Hatha Sivananda Yoga.
